Purpose of Job: Purpose of Job 职位概要： Working on the testing and troubleshooting of prototypes, right through to final manufacture and implementation, and work to produce high quality goods efficiently in the most cost effective methods and are conscious of the environment and its protection. Major Responsibility and Authority 主要职责： Developing/Maintaining test specification, test system, test instrument and fixtures. Going through the tests of prototypes independently, and preparing the test reports. Troubleshooting failed prototypes or product in MRB, and preparing the report, pushing it to be resolved in the production line. Working closely with Father Company to resolve the test issues. Drafting the Working Instruction of the testing for our production line. Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment. Working with others to ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to finished result. Solving the electrical design issue and DFM (design for manufacture) issue following prototype test results. Upgrade existing designs of products to improve efficiency and performance. Hand over the assigned projects to mass production. Directing and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standard. Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers; Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required: Be familiar with Analog and Digital knowledge; Be familiar with magnetic knowledge; be familiar with LabVIEW language; Outstanding learning ability and logical thinking as an analytical and creative thinkers; Honesty, integrity, details, innovation and strong sense of responsibility. Contribute as a team member working with engineers from various disciplines; Proficient in Microsoft Office and suite of Microsoft business tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities desired: Have experience of testing and test instrument, LabVIEW programming is preferred; Have experience of MCU (Microchip 51) project development. Qualifications, Education and Work Experience 任职资格： Bachelor degree or beyond in Electrical related field. CET 4, fluent English in written and oral.
