岗位职责Job Description: 1．负责就技术问题与销售员协调沟通, 为客户新产品开发，产品改善提供技术支持 1.Solve the technical issue for the customer, provide product optimization idea to customer if it is needed. 2. 参与对产品报价阶段进行评估,并提供报价BOM表给业务部 2. Evaluate products quotation stage, and provide quotation BOM to the sales 3.根据产品开发计划进行新产品设计开发,, 负责开发过程产品文件夹的维护及更新，及时解决设计开发过程中遇到的问题. 3. Develop new product according to the new product development procedure, maintain all the design files and solve the technical issues proactively. 4. 负责就设计有关事项与供应商以及公司其它部门协调沟通，确保沟通的有效进行 4. Discuss with suppliers and other departments related to the design issues, ensure the communication is effective. 5.负责为每一新产品建立相关材料采购规格，材料清单（BOM），设计图纸，并根据需要，建立品控标准 5. Make the product BOM, design drawings and quality criteria if it is needed. 6. 参与新产品的首次生产或试生产，负责审核生产图纸，负责提供给生产线必要的培训以及相关工模治具并对首生产或试生产出现的问题提供解决方案，直到生产线正常生产为止。 6.Involve in the new product pilot run, provide training to the production people, work as a team with other department to solve all the production related issue until the production is smooth. 7. 负责对样品制作人员，技术员以及其它相关人员进行产品知识的培训、考核 7.Make the product BOM, design drawings and quality criteria if it is needed.Train and quality sample maker, technician and other related people of the product knowledge . 经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required: 工程类本科以上 （Bachelor Degree in Engineering） 2年以上电线组件的新产品开发经验（ 2 years related NPD experience on cable assembly business)
