Description Responsible for design/customize new products for identified customer applications, and support new product design and development activities. Responsibilities （1）Design/customize new products in accordance with company and department procedures （2）Train engineers on related product knowledge, engineering procedures and technical skill （3）Prepare reports and presentations as needed to communicate project status and issues to customer and management （4）Support Sales/Marketing and understand customer application and requirements Use appropriate analytical tools to analyze and interpret data, and reach relevant conclusions. （5）Support manufacturing on design issue related to product quality and testing Evaluate, test, and approve any design/material related changes on assigned products, which would affect product performance or reliability Additional Information Travel: 5% Requirements （1）B.S. in Engineering or related discipline （2）Minimum 5 years’ experience, including 3 years in product engineering （3）Sound knowledge of engineering theory and design practices （4）Knowledge of project management is preferred （5）Good communication in verbal and written English （6）Familiar with production process flow, product design, testing and application （7）Experience in insert molding/encapsulating electronic component design and manufacture （8）Knowledge of NTC/PTC (NTC-Negative Temperature Coefficient; PTC-Positive Temperature Coefficient) packaged sensor product and design.
