Field Application Engineer Job Description: 1. Research and development engineering in schematic design, PCB design, processing and commissioning. 2. System and solution development and integration or project management in application engineering. 3. User application development and customization based on features/capabilities of existiong standards products. 4. System implementation, on site commissioning, debuging and supporting, deliver field training and maintenance for customers. 5.Technical support for sales and marketing in product promotion, introduction, technical consultation, project determination, etc.. 6. Draft application notes, design schematics ， training materials, manuals, documentation, etc.. 7. Other works regarding market research and product development. Desired Characteristics 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in EE, Electro-mechanics, automation, computer or other related majors from an accredited university or college is a must. 2. The initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to exercise flexibility, good judgment and discretion. 3. Fast learner, strong CREATIVE problem solving skills. 4. Good time management, customer service skill, ability to work accurately, with interruptions, to meet deadlines. Strong customer mindset. Frequently travel required. 5. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 6. Demonstrated oral and written English skills, CET4 at least, solid presentation skills. 7. Good PC and network skill, Good MS Office, AutoCAD, Protel, Visio skill is must. 8. Years of VC/C++, Database, COM, B/S, C/S experience are preferred. 9. Candidates that are familiar with the embedded systems or system integration are preferred. 10. Experience in automatic control industry plus.
