Job Duty: 1. Maintain the production of mature product to meet customer requirement; 2. Find and qualify possible vendor for components in mature product and manage procurement; 3. Find replacement for obsolescence components; test the replacement and release to manufacture site; 4. Manage development and redesign process to extend product lifecycle; 5. Work closely with system engineer/design engineer for customer support; Requirement: 1. Familiar with design and manufacture of electronics/mechanical system; good understanding of engineering materials, component selection, and design for reliability and manufacturability; 2. Experience in production/debugging/maintenance of complex equipment; 3. Flexible and agile in work; good skills in communication and negotiation; 4. Good problem analytic and solving skill; 5.
