岗位职责: 1. 新产品测试程序的开发与调试； 2.负责产品的功能试产和测试方案提供，负责追踪产品生产时遇到的质量问题、设计问题、生产问题、材料问题直至解决； 3.负责产品在试产或生产过程中不良品的分析和改善，良率的提升；负责产品功能测试成本的评估； 4.负责产品的功能测试程序方案的提供，测试方法的改善，测试效率的提升，测试设备的开发和研究, 持续改善测试方案提高覆盖率； 5.编写相关测试作业指导书. Job responsibility: 1.The position engineers understand testing program developing and maintaining； 2.The position engineers will handle new products any questions of testing； 3.The position engineers need to analyzing and responding failure units; evaluate new product MVA (Manufacture Value Assessment) & NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering)； 4.The position engineers understand how to improving testing script and continue to upgrade product testing coverage； 5.The position engineers need to write the testing process instruction. 任职资格: 1、本科以上学历，电子类相关专业，英文四级以上水平; 2、熟悉linux，熟练掌握C++、Java等语言; 3、熟悉维修工具：如万用表、示波器、电烙铁等, 对数模电路有一定的了解； 4、有硬件维修和程序设计项目经验者优先; 5、应届优秀毕业生亦可. Job Qualification: 1.The position needs a bachelor of diploma from university and passed College English Test (CET) Band 4； 2.1.Skilled Linux, C++ or JAVA computer languages； 3.2.Skilled hardware repair tools. For example: Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Electric iron etc； 4.Experienced hardware repair or testing program development； 5.None of related experiences but interested to learning these skills as well.
