Job Duties: Meet LED display final assembly request and design harness solution, build harness prototypes; 满足LED显示屏总装需要并设计线束方案，制作线束样品； Assist other engineer to build cabinet final assembly with new harness; 协助工程师通过新线束完成箱体总装； Technical issue support for manufacturing, QC; 为生产和质量管理提供技术支持； Standardize harness assembly drawing and check-in system; 线束安装图纸的标准化，并输入系统； Create BOM packet for harness and harness assembly; 建立线束和线束安装的项目物料清单； Design block diagram with harness for cabinet final assembly; 根据箱体总装设计线束连接图 Requirements: Bachelor degree or college degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical with more than 2 years’ experience in harness design. 大专或本科学历，电子工程或电动机械专业，1年以上线束设计经验 High knowledge of wiring harness system: e.g. fuse relay box, connector & pin, wire and cable, terminal block, and mechanical bracket, breaker; 熟练掌握电缆线束系统：如保险丝继电器箱，连接器，线缆，接线盒，机械支架，断路器 Knowledge on display networking protocol, electronic architecture, and wiring harness development, product. 了解显示屏网络协议，电路构造，线束发展以及相关产品。 Good knowledge on harness design with EMC/EMI, Safety; 了解线束设计的电磁干扰/电磁兼容及安全规范的基础知识。 Basic knowledge of Fundamental of Electronics and components; 了解电子和电子元器件的基本原理 Good knowledge on failed analysis and troubleshooting for entire harness system; 了解失效分析，能够诊断整体线束系统 Good skill in operating AutoCAD, Office; 熟练运用AutoCAD， Office软件； Good skill in building prototypes; 擅长样品制作； Good skill in DFM; 擅长DFM； Experience in operating CREO/Pro-E is preferred; 熟练使用CREO/Pro-E者优先考虑 Experience in LED display products is preferred; 有LED显示屏产品相关经验者优先考虑； Dedicated, hardworking and good team player; 有奉献精神，努力工作，有良好的团队合作精神； Good skills to write clear and concise reports in English and Chinese. 能够撰写简洁明了的中英文报告
