Job Responsibility:岗位职责 Project Development：项目研发 1.Design and evaluate key function blocks 设计并验证主要功能模块 2.Generate product documentation including evaluation report, BOM, TP/TS 完成项目文档，包括测试报告，物料清单，测试流程及说明 3.Perform tolerance analysis, circuit simulation and design improvement 进行误差分析，电路仿真及设计改善 4.Calculation and analysis of power loss distribution and stress of key components 计算和分析关键元件的损耗 5.Implement cost reduction at design stage 在项目开发阶段进行项目成本改善 Production support and FA support：生产支持及坏机分析 1.Provide support to manufacturing facility for production ramp up of new products 为新产品工厂生产提供支持 2.Perform FA analysis from both field returns and the failure during DVT / EVT and Safety testing 对退回的坏机以及项目研发DVT/EVT/Safety测试中的不合格项目进行分析 3.Join technical communication meeting in department 参加部门内部技术及经验交流 Job Requirements:岗位要求 1.College degree or above, major in power electronics or related; 大专以上学历，电力电子或相关专业 2.Fundamental knowledge in power supply design including power device, topology, control, design verification, etc.; 电力系统的基本知识，包括电源、拓扑、控制、设计验证等 3.Fluency in writter English 流畅的英文书写能力 4.3+ years in power supply design. 3年以上电源设计经验
