工作职责： 1、 该职位负责开发和维护自动化系统，包括wafer规格、成本、 POR 以及与产品相关的所有其他关键要素； 2、 与研发部门合作，了解客户需求下的实际生产能力； 3、 与 IT 部门合作，建立、维护和完善自动化系统； 4、 处理客户需求变更； 5、 制定产品计划，涵盖产品所有不同阶段，确保最终产品成功有效； 6、完成上级交代的相关事宜。 任职要求： 1 、大学本科及以上学历， 材料，微电子等相关专业 ； 2 、集成电路行业 5 年及以上工作经验，或者拥有300mm大硅片经验； 3 、产品工程师岗位 3 年以上工作经验，博士可放宽工作经验要求； 4 、积极主动，良好的沟通能力 , 较强的抗压能力。 Responsibilities: 1 、 The position is responsible to develop and maintain an automatic system that include product specifications, costs, POR and all other key elements related to the products. 2 、 Work with R&D to understand actual process capability against customer requirements. 3 、 Cooperate with IT to set-up, maintain and improve an automatic system. 4 、 Deal with customers requirement changes. 5 、 Work-out Product Planning (PP) to cover all the different phases, from the beginning till the end, to guarantee a successful and cost effective products. Requirements ： 1 、 Materials, Microelectronics and other related majors. 2 、 Minimum 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry.Or 300mm wafer work experience. 3 、 Minimum 3 years in Product Engineering. Entry level PhD is also acceptable. 4 、 Strong communication, skill Pro-activeness, Strong sense of ownership.
